I have been a full-time REALTOR for over 36 years, both in Arizona and California. I currently serve as the President Elect for the LAKE HAVASU ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. I've spent the last 2 years serving as the chairperson for the REALTOR OLYMPICS in Lake Havasu City, our associations largest fundraising event every year. In the past I was honored to be the #2 Agent Internationally for Realty World.  In addition, I'm also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame as well as receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from RE/MAX.

I was able to serve on the board of directors for a Homeowners Association for 6 years, 4 as vice-president and 2 as president. This has given me tremendous insight to the behind the scenes of property management, as well as understanding the homeowners requirements.

In addition, I volunteered for 20 years on the board of directors for the local PONY Baseball League, 18 years as the  Treasurer and 2 years as the Finance Director.

I've been involved in Buying or Selling Real Estate since 1978, realizing the importance of any Real Estate transaction, Buying, Selling, Leasing, or Renting has made me a time tested Professional REALTOR.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which have been obtained through hard work and experience.

That said, in my experience as a Lake Havasu City real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.  This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.  In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.  They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
